ENROLLMENT STEPS
LONG-TERM PROGRAMS

2. Wait to hear back from our admissions team. You will be contacted in 2-3 business days after sending in your application.

3. Follow the instructions from the email, sending all required files in ONE EMAIL to admissions@artac.org
PORTFOLIO presentation guidelines:
The images of 4 to 8 of your artworks must be placed in one PDF file, indicating under each slide: technique, size, and the name. The art pieces should be preferably created in the last 12 months. The student's artworks are to be reviewed and estimated by the Board of Professors to define one's level of preparation. However, the portfolio is used to get acquainted with the future student and it does not influence one's acceptance to the Three-Year Program or Foundation Year Program. We accept students with a various level of preparation.
Specific portfolio requirements are applicable only for Master Program or Advanced Workshops (Nude figure and Portraiture).
3. Once sent all the required files to admissions@artac.org, confirm your enrollment by paying a registration fee of 950 euro in the next 15 days to secure your place on the program. Make a standard international transfer using the bank details provided by the admissions team.
4. Pay the tuition fees according to the official deadlines (choosing either Early Bird or Standard deadline).
5. Secure your housing in Florence.
6. Apply for the Italian student visa type D (for non-EU students).

Depending on a workshop you chose, you will be required to present a portfolio that reflects your level of preparation on the subject.
4. Once sent all the required files to admissions@artac.org, pay your tuition fully. Your place on the workshop is considered reserved only once we receive your payment.
